Is there an entry threshold or a minimum volume for your mandates?

What differentiates you from other operators?

Our approach looks beyond individual transactions to focus on the overarching wealth strategy. We operate as fiduciary partners, integrating financial, technical, and legal expertise to manage the complexities of each specific case. While traditional operators focus on matching supply and demand, we work upstream on optimization and downstream on asset management, ensuring that every real estate transaction aligns directly with the investor's objectives.

How do you ensure oversight over geographically distant investments?

Do you focus exclusively on income-producing assets or do you also manage development projects?

We cover the full spectrum of real estate investments. We manage Core assets (stabilized income) for capital protection, but maintain a strong specialization in Value-Add and opportunistic strategies (Special Situations). This includes overseeing real estate developments, the redevelopment of obsolete buildings (Capex-intensive operations), and resolving distressed scenarios (NPL/UTP), where value is unlocked through active management and specialized technical expertise.

How is your fee structure set?

We do not apply rigid price lists or standardized models, as every portfolio and investor has distinct requirements. Our policy is rooted in absolute upfront transparency: we analyze the complexity of the mandate and define a clear, tailored economic proposal together with the client. Whether it involves project-based advisory, continuous asset management, or extraordinary transactions, fees are always agreed upon prior to execution, with zero hidden costs.

How do you manage vendor selection and potential conflicts of interest?

Our independence is absolute. We hold no corporate ties to construction companies, fund managers (SGR), or General Contractors. We select vendors (legal, technical, operational) strictly through competitive bidding or proven meritocracy, acting in the exclusive interest of the property owner. The client retains absolute certainty that the cost is negotiated for maximum efficiency, entirely free from hidden variables.
