Specializing in Asset Management and Value-Add strategies, he boasts a proven track record across core European markets. For over a decade, he has operated alongside fund managers (SGR), institutional investors, and Family Offices, managing complex transactions, real estate portfolios, and hospitality assets across Italy, Germany, Spain, the UK, the USA, and Luxembourg. As the Founder and CEO of Vector Advisors, he established an independent firm designed to bridge the gap between real estate finance and operational execution. Today, he defines the company's governance and strategic direction, aiming to translate real-world market complexities into clear, measurable, and sustainable investment opportunities.

Tommaso Canziani

Head of Market Intelligence

Specializing in UX design, Data Analytics, and User Behavior Analytics in the UK, he has focused on market analysis and data infrastructure development for prominent multinational real estate investment firms. At Vector Advisors, he oversees asset metrics and predictive models to guide and support strategic decision-making.

Andrea Barbieri

Head of Legal & Compliance

With extensive experience in real estate contracting and deep expertise in regulatory compliance, he has supported leading law firms and institutional investors in structuring transactions. At Vector Advisors, he heads the administrative and compliance division, ensuring full alignment throughout the entire operational lifecycle.

Francesco Borgia

Senior Advisor ‒ Transactions

Trained in supporting professional investors and specializing in the Rome market, he has built an international network of operators, families, and professional/institutional investors. At Vector Advisors, he applies his commercial and technical acumen to coordinate major transactions across the hospitality, retail, and residential sectors, driving both new opportunity sourcing and portfolio management.
